Friday October 10, 2008 - Rock Band Live Tour Thanks to Robin’s smart thinking we had an awesome parking spot, literally catty-corner to the Staples Center arena. While LA traffic was its usual appalling self, and LA highways poorly labeled, we made it to our parking lot without dying. the new fall out boy songs (I Don’t Care; Headfirst Slide Into Cooperstown On a Bad Bet; and What a Catch, Donnie) are just blowing me the hell away. I mean, I knew I loved IDC, but I hadn’t gotten a chance to listen to HSICOaBB and WaCD until today and just…wow.
This new album is just really reaffirming my love and respect for these guys.
